Project Graphing

1. With your group, create and post a survey question on surveymonkey.com.
2. By yourself, analyze the data from the survey and decide which type of graph you would like to make using the data collected.'
3. Go to Create A Graph at this address: http://nces.edu.gov/nceskids/createagraph/default.aspx
4. Each group memeber should choose a different type of graph from the website. You can choose from bar graph, line graph, area graph, or pie chart.
5. Create a graph to display the data collected.
6. When finished, print your graph and compare the different types of graphs that your group members have made.
7. Complete the exit slip after you discuss the graphs with your group members.

It's that time again and we are off to a wonderful start! I am excited about the opportunity I have to be able to teach each and every student in my class this year.
